Gold Plated 925 Sterling Silver Saint Peregrine Patron of Cancer Medal on a 19 – 21 Inch Adjustible Length Non-sterling Curb Link Chain Necklace with Lobster Clasp. The medal is stamped S925 on the back. It measures 28mm (about the size of a quarter) and weighs 17.9 grams. The matching chain is not stamped 925 so I have priced this as a 7.5 gram sterling silver medal on a very nice gold plated non-sterling chain.
